Shelf life

Our all-butter shortbread cookies are baked to last and can be enjoyed for a long time. We recommend storing them in an airtight container and out of the light and at room temperature.

Shortbread doesn't like humidity. In the event the cookies get soft, you can pop them in a 300 F oven for 5 mins and they will be as if freshly baked.

Great gluten free option

I’ve bought the gluten free shortbread cookies several times now and have been quite satisfied. More than satisfied. The flavor is great.

They are a bit delicate without gluten, but when you’re craving a good cookies and milk treat these are perfect!

Definitely a re-order item on my gluten free diet

Window bakery box

I ordered a round box of vanilla and a box of chocolate shortbread. They arrived in bubble wrap and were broken. I sent a message to info and they quickly the next day sent out new boxes. Unfortunately I purchased these cookies for a friend and when they arrived for the second time, one of the cookies in a box were slightly cracked leaving me to not able give them out as gifts.

Best gluten-free shortbread cookie

My family has been gluten free for over 10 years. Mary Macleod’s gluten free cookie is the best! Absolutely delicious 😋 hard to believe it is gluten free but it is. Highly recommended!
