Not overly sweet, love the crunchy chocolate. The jar is pack neatly great for display on the counter. However shipping does create crumbs and makes the jar look messy. If you’re getting them as a gift or to display for guest try and pick them up instore to avoid the crumbs created by the movement during shipping.
Title says it all. This cookie is not overly sweet and love that the chocolate is crunchy!! I was lucky to snag this jar on sale. The jar is visually appealing and the cookies are placed neatly. However the shipping makes the crumbs go all over and some of the cookies break. If you’re looking to display these or gift them I think it’s best if you can go in person and pickup the jar yourself to avoid the toss around it gets during shipping
My family loved these cookies and couldn't get enough! Very buttery taste and great presentation. The only problem is holding back on these cookies 😂
The cookies were as usual very delicious, but unfortunately most of the top cookies were broken, hopefully it will be better next time.
The chocolate crunch shortbread cookies are so delicious and yummy. Shared the shortbread cookies with guests and gave some shortbread cookies to neighbours. Everyone thought the shortbread cookies were amazing!
have been using the Cookie Jar (2 Quart) 2-Pack, and I must say I’m quite pleased with it. The size is perfect for storing various treats, and the design is both functional and appealing. It keeps my cookies fresh, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
However, there is just one small disappointment: about 30% of the cookies in one of the jars were broken.

Normally I find your Classic shortbread rounds tender. Thirst tasted like old stock. Visitors were leaving cookies half eaten which is not what usually happens with these delicacies. I was disappointed.
Sent cookies to Dr Office however he is out of country mail Monday. Hope shortbread is still k - so long as it is still packaged?
I sent a box of cookies to my sister in the hospital but she was moved to a rehab hospital before they arrived. The store said that the address could not be changed since they were already shipped but that they would ship another box to the new address at no extra charge. Very good service, will order from there again. Plus my sister raved about how good the cookies are (variety box).
My brother & his family loved your shortbread - it was delicious & they enjoyed the chocolate & regular. They’re Americans so they were quite impressed with how fresh your cookies tasted. “It just melts in your mouth” was the comment I heard.
