I ordered a round box of vanilla and a box of chocolate shortbread. They arrived in bubble wrap and were broken. I sent a message to info and they quickly the next day sent out new boxes. Unfortunately I purchased these cookies for a friend and when they arrived for the second time, one of the cookies in a box were slightly cracked leaving me to not able give them out as gifts.
