Best cookies ever..............

I placed an order during the Cyber Monday sale for 10 clear boxes thinking it would be great for gifts during the holidays. My package arrived in a few days with bubble wrap and packing paper to keep the cookie secure. The presentation of the cookies are nice, however my order was not fulfilled. Only 2 of the clear boxes were in the package I received. I sent a message to confirm whether the rest of my order would be replaced, or at least be given a refund for the missing amount, but have not heard back yet. It's a bit disappointing.

Our all-butter shortbread cookies are baked to last and can be enjoyed for a long time. We recommend storing them in an airtight container and out of the light and at room temperature.

Shortbread doesn't like humidity. In the event the cookies get soft, you can pop them in a 300 F oven for 5 mins and they will be as if freshly baked.
